Initially, i wanted to simply correct this run-on sentence:
The "Five Families" of New York made no attempt to move in on Velentzas operations however, as one mobster was said to have stated those "...rotten Greeks know the game so damn good they'd cheat us blind."
however, i am questioning the source for this statement.

- The quote in question appears in Carl Sifakis's The Mafia Encyclopedia. In future, when concerned with the validity of a quote, the standard practice is to place a {{fact}} template for a contributor to specify his or her source. MadMax 22:31, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
