Griffin Communications is a media company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. It owns CBS affiliates in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, the latter being part of a duopoly with The CW affiliate in the market. It also owns part of a venture with cable operator Cox Communications, News Now 53. Properties owned by Griffin include:

KWTV is the CBS affiliate for Oklahoma City and one of the strongest CBS stations in the country. Its news wages a ratings battle with KFOR-TV.
KOTV is the CBS affiliate for Tulsa, while KQCW (formerly KWBT) is the The CW affiliate. When the WBended, it will switched to The CW. KOTV's The News on 6 leads the market in viewership.
