GroupVille

GroupVille is a serverside web-based groupware solution for desktops (Browsers with HTML and Javascript) and smartphone clients (with HTML browsing capabilty). GroupVille is written in Java using the WebObjects Framework.
The Software offers the following functionality:
- Automatic reminders for important items
- Wiki system and Discussion board
- Send and receive webmail (POP3), Instant Messages (IM) and SMS.
- News, FAQ and RSS feeds readers.
- Shared News, Events, Documents and Internet bookmarks.
- Shared users, groups and external contacts with automatic address update option.
- Add shared notes to any stored object.
- Manage Tasks, simple workflows, spent work time and personal memos.
- Generate PDF reports.
- Import and export data with Content Management Systems (CMS) and databases.
All user information is stored in a central SQL database. GroupVille is a product by Sendai Systems, Switzerland.
