[edit] Careful
Thanks for your awesome contributions, but I'm a little worried that you may be pruning items that should not be removed quite yet. Don't worry, many people make this mistake when starting working on this project, including myself. In general, err to the side of caution before removing the topic because the ultimate goal of this project is expanding coverage, not just pruning the lists, though lots of pruning needs to be done. Some projects such as the film, album and TV station and TV show list require that it has an infobox before being removed. For the Hotlist, several sources combined to make the list and so sometime many links need to be checked because sometime different ideas are covered by the different encyclopedias.
A good rule of thumb is not to remove the item unless it has approximately as much coverage in Wikipedia as other encyclopedias.
Thanks and keep up the good work. --Reflex Reaction (talk)• 16:33, 2 January 2006 (UTC)
