Guelma Province

Guelma Province (Wilaya of Guelma) (capital : City of Guelma) (Arabic : ولاية قالمة ) is a wilaya in eastern Algeria. Other localities include Hammam Maskhoutine, Oued Zenati and Roknia. Its civilians suffered heavy casualties during the 1945 Sétif massacre by the French Army.

It is the home region of Houari Boumédienne, President of Algeria.
