[edit] RX-78GP00 Blossom
Unknown to most people, the GP00 is a model tested before 01~04 was designed. This model contains all the special features of the GP series(core fighter, Nuclear weapon, I-Field, Mega Beam Cannon, etc.) Due to all the equipment, the balance of the machine is lost and self-destructed on the test run. Thus leading the project team on separating the features into different units, which is the 01~04. This unit never appeared in 0083.
This has been proven wrong, on the GundamOfficial Forums, aka GOUF, by Mark Simmon, Gundam Guru.
- Ok, if this mobile suit really does exist, then we ought to make sure that we at least get the facts about it right. According to Mark Simmon, the only thing wikipedia got right about this Mobile Suite's entry was its "00" production model number. If no verafiable information for this model exists, then we ought to create an entry at the bottom of the article for rumored MS and place this model there. TomStar81 20:52, 16 July 2005 (UTC)
And this MS appear was in Dengeki Hobby Magazine "Gundam Secret Weapons", which list as Unofficial variations at MAHQ.net. L-Zwei 12:22, 17 July 2005 (UTC)
[edit] GP00
Well, this mecha also appears in Gundam Wars, the card game. And from a japanese site, GP00 is listed within the "Approved to use" list.

[edit] In universe stuff
Yes, the article is written in in-universe style, if you ignore the header. Articles are written that way because the official sources are written that way, it is quoted and translated from the sources directly, and thus not altered. The header provides a means of telling people that the following article is written such that it tells the reader that it is in-universe, and should be viewed as such. However, I highly doubt the in-universe tag should be used since there is no way to change it unless making the article extremely stupid sounding, just like what I did to the article. As long as the artcile is sourced from the same sources, it should not be required that every single paragraph contains the sourced material name. Such repeated information is not making the article easier to read, it is making it harder instead. The in-universe tag is just a guideline, not an official policy and should NOT be enforced on every single article if there are sources of the article written in that style. I move to revert the article back to the original one without the tag and without all the obvious and stupid statement about all the stuff is quoted from Gundam Century, Gundam Officials and Ms encyclopedia, where all of them is written in the Reference section. Maybe the header should be changed so that people know it is quoted from those sources, but I oppose the overall article having in line reference stating all the source over and over again.
