Guy C. Boutilier

Guy C. Boutilier is an Alberta, Canada MLA for the electoral district of Fort McMurray-Wood Buffalo, currently serving his third term. As of November 25, 2004 he has also been serving as environment minister for Alberta. Prior to his entry into provincial politics in 1997, he served for two terms as an alderman for Fort McMurray followed by two terms as mayor.
On December 15, 2006 Guy Boutilier was named Minister of International, Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Relations in Premier Ed Stelmach's cabinet.
