The full length of the HÉV lines is questionable.
- This source mentions 176 km,
- the article in the German Wikipedia also mentions 176 km,
- this source gives 174 km,
- the approximate estimates here add up to 120 km,
- If I add the length of the four lines, based on the BKV website (including the 4.3 km extra length of one branch between Cinkota and Csömör, on the Gödöllő line) then they make 97.9 km.
