The author states here http://www.harpseals.org/toolbox/xtoolbox1.html that the images are available for free use in anti-sealing material. However, because the word "opposition" is capitalized, it is clear that the meaning of the sentence is that the image cannot be used in PRO-sealing material. Because this picture (of a hakapik), if anything, demonstrates the brutality of the seal hunt, and will appear on a NPOV page, I believe the author would approve.
