Halabi

Halabi, el-Halabi, al-Halabi is the name of a number of different families, each of which was named after the city of Aleppo (Halab in Arabic) in today's northern Syria, typically due to the family having originated from there. al-Halabi includes people from the faiths of Islam, Christianity, and Druze. Part of those who are Muslims have migrated to Northern Jordan to cities such as Irbid and Amman. However, many al-Halabi Christians have migrated to United States, England and other European countries. Druze al-Halabi are found in Lebanon, Canada, the United States, and many other countries.
