(2002) }} "Halfcrazy" is the lead single from Musiq Soulchild's sophomore album Juslisen. It was released as a 12" single on February 26, 2002. It's considered as Musiq's Soulchild signature song.

It debuted on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart on February 23, 2002, spent 42 weeks on the chart (its last being December 7, 2002), and peaked at #2.

"Halfcrazy" entered the Billboard Hot 100 on March 23, 2002, spending 25 weeks there, peaking at #16 and falling off on September 7, 2002. To date, it's the biggest pop hit of Musiq Soulchild's career.
