Hallie Todd (born Hallie J. Eckstein on 7 January 1962 in Los Angeles) is an American actress.

Todd is the daughter of George Eckstein and actress Ann Morgan Guilbert. She has a sister, Nora. The couple later divorced, and Guilbert married character actor Guy Raymond. She is married to Glenn Withrow.

She played a homeless character, "The Kid," for a Christmas episode of the sitcom, Growing Pains. She was the daughter of fictional former football player Joe Waters, Penny Waters, on the Showtime comedy series Brothers. Then she played Lal, Data's "daughter", in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Offspring," the mom in the Disney Channel original movie The Ultimate Christmas Present, Hilda and Zelda's cousin Marigold (Amanda's mother) on Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Lizzie's mother Jo McGuire in the series Lizzie McGuire.
