Use of this image is fair use because:

1. It is of low resolution, good copies can't be made of this. 2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the film in any way. 3. No free alternative is possible. 4. The image is only being used for informative purposes. 5. It's use in the article significantly contributes because it shows the subject directly and in a well known fashion (the red camera "eyes").
