Hampshire Township, Illinois

Hampshire Township is located in the northwest corner of Kane County, Illinois at 42.103805 N, -88.525384 W. It is a 6 mile square, of which 35.927939 square miles are land and 0.09938 are water. Its population in the 2000 Census was 4,793. It has 1,679 housing units.^GR1

The Village of Hampshire is located in the township.
