Han Mu Do Is not really a style, but an offshoot. Stand by for future clarifications... --Finn Institute for Health and Self-Defense 17:18, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

The structure of the English is disjointed to say the least.Peter Rehse 07:44, 11 November 2006 (UTC)

I put back the wikify and cleanup tags because the article needs both - with the tags in place you may get help. Wikipedia also does not like overuse of martial arts titles and titles in general. What is he a doctor of and how is that related to the martial art.Peter Rehse 00:12, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed because...?

Dear Shinobi Ninja: We are currently completing our research, then we will post our comprehensive and complete finding once verified. We recommend you do the same. In the meanwhile, a 'Heads UP' : These so called arts, are one in the same, just cleverly adapted to fit the apparent target students/customers. Furthermore, anyone claiming to be an 8th Dan is just plain ridiculous. (there is only one 7th dan of a given style alive at any given time.) We are really sad someone would try to take advantage at the expense of true martial arts, and by exploiting children at that. Whether round eyes or not using Finnish language as a means to deceive is unacceptable. So we are intent to settle this matter... If anyone can 'create' a martial "art" and receive recognition, eg. FINANCIAL compensation, can we do it too? (Rhetorical question) Can you help, Is the name Hän Myy Do taken ? Would you know ??? Why not change if in error ? Regards until later ... (P.s. We really do have 20+ years experience in Martial Arts)

--Finn Institute for Health and Self-Defense 13:20, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

This article is/was about a martial art called Hanmoodo which was founded in Finland by Young Suk. Now it seems that the content has been changed and it now talks about Han Mu Do, founded by Dr. He-Young Kimm. Despite the same name, these two martial arts have nothing to do with each other. Dr. He-Young Kimm´s art has it´s own article, Han Mu Do. I´m not changing anything now because of the disputed tag. If there is some other reason for that tag than missunderstanding due the names then please tell what. --Shinnin 15:01, 14 November 2006 (UTC)

Please clean it up - the article is so bad it hurts but I am totally lost to the ins and outs. I tried a bit of a rewrite but all I managed to do was remove the excessive use of self-given titles.Peter Rehse 02:47, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

Thank You Peter. Work is in Progress.--Finn Institute for Health and Self-Defense 17:20, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

Cleaned the whole article and moved all Hanmudo stuff to the article info belongs. Let's start from the scratch and let's be careful for other peoples' efforts to write here about different martial art of hanmudo! mixer 10:55, 19 December 2006 (UTC)

Changed it back, because that isn't verified. Please wait for my full rewrite. Thanks--Finn Institute for Health and Self-Defense 05:13, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

I don't understand wtf is going on here... Current HanMooDo article contains some crazy shit irrelevant information that belong to martial art of HanMuDo. Hence, this irrelevant info should be removed. You want to rewrite the whole article from the scratch? Cool, man, I adore your plans! I will be the first person to say "Thanks" to you after you do it. But until then we should fix what is fixable (especially if it can be easily done) and not to leave such a mess in hope that it will be only temporary... Tell me if I didn't understand situation. I will wait for a few days and then return my fixed version back. mixer 20:41, 20 December 2006 (UTC)

Until the information is verified, the tags are DEFINATELY needed. Thanks. A Name is a name isn't it ? --Finn Institute for Health and Self-Defense 10:03, 9 January 2007 (UTC)

What kind of verification do you need? Read some books, visit sites, watch a few videos (like this one with great tecnique - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-K3bS8xio6w ) about Han Moo Do and finally visit Nordic countries to see this martial art with your own eyes. Exactly, name is a name. There are two martial arts (although I personally can't be sure that there is something you call Han Mu Do and if there is - that it is indeed martial art...). Too bad that these arts are both Koreans and that they have similar names. Shit happens, no big deal. Let's just move forward especially since we are fortunate enough not to have 100% same names (Moo vs. Mu). I made reference about both styles to each article. That should be enough to avoid confusion among readers. Two different styles, two different (but similar) names, two different articles. Take it and stop fooling around with articles! Or otherwise I will report about your VANDALISM!!! mixer 07:38, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

Your rudeness lends credibility to your dubiousness. Please be patient. WE WILL DELIVER! Thanks, and have a nice day. --Finn Institute for Health and Self-Defense 18:17, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

You will deliver what? You said over two month ago about some kind of research of yours about the topic. Haven't seen any progress so far. If you have some knowledge about HanMuDo, then write to respective article. Don't write that stuff to this article about Han Moo Do since you don't seem to have any proper information about that issue. Let's talk about your latest edit:
1. you put This Style unfortunately is not recognized within traditional Korean Martial Arts into article. What is "traditional Korean Martial Art"? Where did you get that information? Give a link on some kind of "Assosiation of Traditional Korean Martial Arts" and not to Korean Martial Arts article (which can be easily changed).
2. You deleted a line Han Moo Do was created by Young Suk (8 dan) in 1989, that's when the first club was established in Kauhava, Finland. Why did you decided to delete this fact? Only because you confuse two different martial arts, refuse to give Han Moo Do your bless to exist, and want to play stupid game of "My Kung-Fu is stronger than yours!"? Did you know that constant removing of facts is one type of vandalism?
3. You added Not verified tag. Can you tell me what kind of verification do you need if you refuse to take videos, web sites and peoples' personal experiences as a sources?
4. You added Disputed-section tag. I have been asking you for many times the reason why you think article is disputable. And the only answer I get is "I am making research. We will deliver!". I have told you many times that HanMooDo and HanMuDo are two different styles of martial arts. Quite frankly I am sick and tired to work as a parrot and to write the same things over and over again. Tell me, what's so difficult in understanding the concept of "two similar names, two different martial arts"?
