Harry E. Johnson (b. in St. Louis, Missouri, United States), is a practicing attorney in Houston, Texas, and serves as an adjunct professor of law at Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
He received his undergraduate from Xavier University of Louisiana and his J.D. from Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
Johnson was the 31st General President of Alpha Phi Alpha, the first intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity established for African Americans.
Johnson is the current President of the Washington, D.C. Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial Project Foundation, Inc., a project of Alpha Phi Alpha which oversees the fundraising, design, and construction of the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial.
He is a Board member of the National Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and member of One Hundred Black Men.
