[edit] A few changes
FYI, I've split the information about the Hatley Park neighbourhood into Hatley Park (Greater Victoria). I've also merged Hatley Gardens into this article, deleted a duplicate copy of this article that was residing at Hatley Park, and done some reorganization and miscellaneous cleanup work.
