Welcome!
Hello Haueterb, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View policy, and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media.
There's a page about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}}
on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! --Masamage 20:33, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Warning
Thank you for experimenting with the page AC/DC on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you may want to do. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Gnangarra 03:19, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to AC/DC. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. Gnangarra 03:23, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
Please do not change the text of this article so that it says the church is the restored church. I assume that you're a church member, and so am I; but most of the people who use Wikipedia are not, and this article is bound by the same rules of verifiability as the rest of the encyclopedia. Everything that is included must be provable. Please review the policy on neutrality for more information. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. --Masamage 03:30, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
