HBSA Hospital Radio is based in Irvine, Scotland and broadcasts to Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine and also Crosshouse Hospital, Kilmarnock. HBSA stands for 'Hospital Broadcasting Service Ayrshire'.

HBSA now broadcasts digitally on Patientline 24 hours a day, with a dedicated jukebox when no presenters are 'live'.
The entire service, a registered charity, is produced by volunteers, and no-one gets paid.
