Health freedom artists are a a group of artists that have used art as a way of expressing their criticism of conventional medicine. They are also often active in the health freedom movement. Some of the more notable are:
Emma Holister

Emma Holister is an artist, cartoonist and health freedom activist. She created her health freedom website http://www.candida-international.org to help people better understand the illness Candida as well as the threat that the medical establishment poses to people's health and human rights. Her health freedom cartoons have been widely translated and published in natural health magazines in various countries including the National Health Federation's Health Freedom News, Rath International and the Alliance for Natural Health's website.

Colin Downes-Grainger is a graphic artist specializing in anti pharma art. A victim of iatrogenic illness caused by tranquilisers he became a campaigner against benzodiazepines and other prescribed mind altering drugs. Some of his images can be seen on Art Margin:

James Torlakson

James Torlakson is a Professor at the City College of San Francisco and is best known for his Photo Realist watercolors, oils, and etchings which are housed in numerous museum collections. On March 15, 2004, his twenty-one year old daughter, Elizabeth died via an SSRI antidepressant (Celexa) “suicide”. He believes she was murdered by Forest Laboratories, Inc., who suppressed the information regarding the lethal nature of Celexa. Since then, he has dedicated his creative endeavors to the memory of Elizabeth and the growing efforts to end the global Pharmaceutical Nightmare and Corporate Inhumanity.
