Helensburgh Central railway station serves the town of Helensburgh on north shore of the Firth of Clyde, near to Glasgow. The station is a terminus on the North Clyde Line, 38 km (24 miles) north west of Glasgow Queen Street railway station. Passenger services are operated by First ScotRail on behalf of Strathclyde Partnership for Transport.

There are two services per hour Monday-Sunday, with trains departing at 10 and 40 minutes past the hour towards Glasgow Queen Street and Drumgelloch in North Lanarkshire. There are additional trains in both the morning and evening peaks. Services at this station are provided by Class 320, Class 334 and the occasional Class 318 electric multiple units.
