This image is of a sporting event poster, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the organization hosting the event or the artist which produced the poster in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of sporting event posters

The image Hemskywings.png being linked here, though subject to copyright, I Jaskaramdeep 21:48, 7 June 2006 (UTC) feel it is covered by U.S. "fair use" laws because:

it has vastly inferior resolution than the original, so possible copies of the image will be of poor quality;
the photo is only being used for its informative properties;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the image in any way;
Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows THE most important goal Hemsky has scored in his career, as well as the most important goal of the season for the Oilers until that point. That was the winning goal of the series, and enabled the Oilers to upset the President's Trophy winning Detroit Red Wings. This goal will define Hemsky as a hockey player (no exaggeration) Jaskaramdeep 21:48, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
