Share several of the concerns expressed in the talk page. Much of this is definitely POV, which needs to be removed. For example: "Jewish groups failed at times to measure up to the catastrophe ..." - the reader would definitely need evidence of this. Too much editorialising here, but there is a decent article to made out of this. Lots of useful information - just needs to be reworded, and perhaps judiciously pruned, throughout.
