[edit] Music Video
The music video to this song is an elaborate performance where the band members are dancing on treadmills. Choreographed by Trish Sie and directed by Sie and the band, the video started off on YouTube and , as of March 25, 2007, has been viewed over 14 million times. OK Go performed this music video live at the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards. The video was referenced in a commercial for Cingular Wireless featuring people dancing on supermarket checkout conveyor belts instead of treadmills. OK Go has another unconventional music video, titled A Million Ways. The Nike+iPod commercial that uses the song has a man doing his daily workout while running on a treadmill-like course.
The music video won the 2007 Grammy Award for Best Short Form Music Video and also the 2006 YouTube awards for Most Creative.
