Egyptian scientist Hesham Safwat was born in cairo 10th of january 1967 graduated in cairo university-faculty of science,departement of biology 1988 began his research career with the master degree in immunology working on schistosomiasis in a joint project with Johnes Hopkins University, Baltimore. After that he persued another research career in molecular biology working on cancer treatment through the apoptosis mechanisms and pathways applied on cell lines specially concerning the ovarian cancer. He co-authured a number of scientific publications and co-organised numerous scientific forums in cairo since 1999. A member at the AAAS (American Association for the advancement of science).
