Hul’qumi’num language
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hul'qumi'num is a language that was spoken in central Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada by the First Nations. While its use has declined over the years as the natives have adopted English as their first language, there is an effort to revive their traditional language. Few people today speak any dialect of Hul'qumi'num as their native language.
