The Hung Up Promo Tour, was a brief series of concert-like performances by the music artist, Madonna. The Promo Tour promoted Madonna's tenth studio album, Confessions on a Dance Floor, as well as the imminent Confessions Tour which followed several months later.

Madonna performed in several clubs, discos, and other venues throughout 2005 and 2006, most of the promo tour took place during 3 months in 2005.
