Hursid Pasha

Hursid Pasha was a Turkish General during the Greek War of Independence.
In 1820 he was Commanding the army against the rebel Ali Pasha Tepelenli of Ioannina. In 1821 while in Larisa he was appointed Valesi (Governor General) of Peloponisos, however he didn't make it to reach Peloponisos because he was accused of stealing the treasures of Ali Pasha in 1822 and was forced to commit suicide in Larisa.
