It is claimed to be under fair use historical because it shows the picture of a famous individual on this case, Doctor Hwang Woo Suk while performing stem cell research at SNU lab before his resignation in late 2005.
Doctor Hwang was once named as South Korea's national hero until December 2005, when disgraced scientist faced charges for "supicious frauds" on his investigation.
The original image it seems to come from a press kit, of Associated Press thus distribuied to TV Networks and newspapers.
