Hueyi Tlatoani nahuati (azték dialektus) nyelven ’nagy beszélő’, változatai: Uei Tlatoani, vagy Huey Tlahtoani. Azték császár, a birodalom fővárosa Tenochtitlan, további székhelye volt Texcoco, Tlacopan.
