"I'll See You in Court" is episode 10 of season three from the TV comedy series, Married... with Children.

In this episode, Peggy tries to rekindle her relationship with Al. Upon Steve's recommendation, Peggy and Al go to the Hop-On-Inn, only to discover a tape waiting for them in their room. After watching a few minutes of the tape, the Bundys discover that the couple having sex on the video is none other than Steve and Marcy. It turns out that the Rhoades had been secretly videotaped in their room at the Hop-On-Inn.
Peggy and Al return home and show the tape to Steve and Marcy who are obviously embarrassed, much to the delight of the Bundys. However, their glee does not last as Steve points out the fact that the Bundys may have been secretly videotaped as well. Marcy and Al are clearly upset by this violation of their privacy and propose physical violence against the owners of the motel. Steve and Peg, on the other hand, want to press charges against the Hop-On-Inn.
In the end, Peggy convinces Al to sue the motel with her and the legal battle between the Rhoades and the Bundys and the Hop-On-Inn begins. The case begins with Steve presenting a lengthy opening statement (that causes the typist to fall into a deep sleep). Next, Steve shows the subpoened sex tapes from the motel. After a few hours, the tape runs out and the courtroom is aroused by Steve and Marcy's romp. Next, Steve shows Peggy and Al's tape, which ends after a few seconds.
After the prosecution rests, the defense lawyer (who parodies Gloria Allred) calls Al and Marcy to the stand. She then asks Marcy embarrassing questions, including what kind underwear she was wearing. In the end, the Rhoades are awarded $10,000. Unfortunately, the Bundys get nothing, because their sex lasted only three seconds.

- This episode didn't air in the U.S. during Married... with Children's original run on FOX because of the episode's crude nature during Terry Rakolta's crusade against the show. It finally aired on June 18, 2002 on FX, which some scenes cut for time reasons. It can be seen uncut on the Married... with Children season 3 DVD set and on volume 2 of the Married... with Children Most Outrageous Episodes DVD set.
