I See London, I See France/Fatlands was the seventh episode of the third season of the Animated Television series Rocko's Modern Life.
[edit] I See London, I See France
Rocko and Heffer visit Paris on a guided bus tour. But the driver only points out uninteresting sites such as a garbage can and a weird-looking cloud. When Rocko points out they missed the Eiffel Tower exit, the driver scolds him for wanting to go to a site that isn't on their route. The tour takes a lunch break at the local Chokey Chicken. Rocko sneaks out to chase after a female wallaby walking around the city. Heffer worries about what to do and is chewed out by the driver for letting him go. He manages to escape the chaotic driver and is chased throughout the city by the driver's speeding bus. Meanwhile, Rocko fails to catch up to the woman. A citizen suggests that he check at the Eiffel Tower and rushes to it amidst a cheering crowd. When he gets to the top, though, he discovers it has been converted into another of many Chokey Chicken locations in the area. He sees the female wallaby and Heff eating and goofing off with the condiments. She and Rocko end up being pen-pals and tells Heff that she wasn't his type on their plane home. The tour guide screams at the top of his lungs when the plane takes off.
[edit] The Fatlands
Rocko's dog Spunky gains a significant amount of weight, expanding the surface area of his skin. A parasitic Odd Couple-like duo that lives on Spunky heads for "the new frontier" when Squirmy the Ringworm convinces Bloaty the Tick to give up his normal routine. Heffer suggests that Rocko take Spunky to a weight-loss clinic for dogs called Buff-Pooch. Meanwhile, Squirmy and Bloaty almost get killed in a desert area on Spunky called Tickle Flats. They are given sheriff jobs by a panicking lawman. They enter an Old West-style town where they encounter a group of outlaws who perform a dance routine for them, then plan to kill them with insecticide. Spunky goes through a tough exercise regimen that doesn't quite work. Dr. Hutchinson suggests that the pudgy pooch get liposuction. When the outlaws ask Bloaty and Squrimy if they had any last requests, they suggest they perform their dance routine again since they were back in Tickle Flats. Spunky's giant paw brushes them off the land saving the community. They try to go back to tell the townspeople of the outlaws' demise but are deeply stranded within the desert. As Spunky gets the fat sucked out of him, the surface area on his skin returns to normal. Squirmy and Bloaty decide to return home to their normal routine. A starving Heffer carries a bag of Spunky's fat as they leave the clinic and eats it off-screen.
