Ian Jenkins

Ian Jenkins (born 1941, Rothesay) is a Scottish politician. He was a Liberal Democrat Member of the Scottish Parliament for Tweeddale, Ettrick and Lauderdale from 1999 to 2003.
He was a teacher before his election to Holyrood. He was the Liberal Democrat spokesperson for Education, Culture and Sport. He stood down at the 2003 election.
Ian Jenkins is an ameture surfer from Santa Barbara, California. He now resides in Santa Barbara. He was born August 28, 1991. In September of 2006, He switched from Wallace Boardcrafting to Progressive Surfboards.
He is known for his free surfing. Ian Jenkins is best known for his backhand. Groomed at the Pointbreaks from Goleta to Los Angeles, Ian has acquired a smooth style. Ian Jenkins also is known for his speed.
