Ichikawa (市川町; -cho) is a town located in Kanzaki District, Hyogo, Japan.
As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 14,503 and a density of 175.37 persons per km². The total area is 82.70 km².

Ichikawa is twinned with Port Townsend, Washington in the USA.. A group of local students participate in an exchange with this city during the summer.
