Il Cittadino Canadese

Il Cittadino Canadese a newspaper based in Montreal, Quebec and is one of Quebec and Canada's oldest Italian language newspaper, founded in 1941.
This weekly tabloid has a circulation of 38 500 and more than 25 000 subscribers and readers of Italian origin. Il Cittadino Canadese is published in Montreal and covers Greater Montreal.
The paper is distributed through about two hundred and fifty (250) sale outlets spread all over the island of Montreal. The publication consists of an average of thirty (32) pages and includes four (4) yearly special sections (Bridal issue, The renovation issue, Christmas and Easter editions). It is published every Wednesday.

The editor is Basilio Giordano, he is from Calabrese origin and he is the president of the Cosentina association of Montreal.
