[edit] Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport
Please be careful. You accidently wiped out most of the article. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 04:18, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Mangalore International Airport
I added a bit to the infobox and included a reference. In the absence of being able to get the information from the Government of India site (the Airports Authority of India site is not working right now) the World Aero Data site is the next best thing. The information there is usually up to date and accurate. Do you have a picture to go with it? Cheers. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 04:36, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Hindustan International Airport (Bangalore
Indiandefender - you've updated the page to include Etihad (Abu Dhabi) as an international airline. I think that is incorrect, as Etihad does not operate to BLR and does not have permission to start services. Nimishgupta 00:00, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Bangalore International Airport Limited
Hi there! The name of this article should be "Bangalore International Airport" instead of the current "Bangalore International Airport Limited". Would you agree? - KNM Talk 20:57, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
- "Bangalore International Airport Limited" is just the name of the company that is building a airport in Bangalore. That airport has not been named yet. Until it s named, it should be proper to refer it as just "Bangalore International Airport". Leotolstoy 21:20, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] User page
It is felt that the article you created at Indiandefender2 is not suitable for a Wikipedia article, which must have a notable subject and be verifiable. I have moved it to User:Indiandefender2, which is where users are free to write about themselves. You are at liberty to move it back into the (Main) namespace but bear in mind that if you do so, it is likely to be nominated for deletion.
Note, however, that the purpose of a user page is to enable active editors of Wikipedia to introduce themselves to other editors. Wikipedia is not a general hosting service, so your user page is not a personal homepage. Content unrelated to Wikipedia or its editing is likely to be removed.
Please see the user page guidelines, especially this section for more information. --NMChico24 04:02, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Unspecified source for Image:City swap.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:City swap.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Schzmo 01:29, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Acton-Boxborough Ultimate
A tag has been placed on Acton-Boxborough Ultimate, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}}
on the top of the page (below the existing db tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Philippe Beaudette 01:28, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

- Please stop removing the speedy delete tag from this page. If you wish to contest the deletion, the instructions are included within the tag on the page. Authors should not delete these tags from pages they create. Philippe Beaudette 01:32, 22 January 2007 (UTC)
