Infernus (Roger Tiegs)

Roger "Infernus" Tiegs is the guitarist and only remaining original member of the Norwegian black metal band Gorgoroth. He has also played in other black metal bands such as Borknagar and Orcustus (which contains ex-Gorgoroth member Tormentor). He was charged for rape of a drunken woman in April 2004, but was eventually incarcerated for "gross negligent rape" in 2006; he was not found guilty of the actual rape but for negligence as his friend committed the rape. He was released in March 2007.
