Interactive Scenario Builder
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Interactive Scenario Builder (Builder) is a three-dimensional, interactive mission planning tool developed by the United States Naval Research Laboratory. It helps war fighters to make tactical decisions by analysing and visualising the radio frequency capabilities of platforms in addition to providing geospatial and temporal situational awareness (SA). The software can be used for pre-mission planning, near-realtime SA, and after-action debriefing.
