International Viewpoint
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

International Viewpoint is the English-language edition of the monthly magazine of the reunified Fourth International. It focuses on translating articles into English written by socialists in other languages. Its ISSN is 0294-2925.
Editions are also produced by the International in French Inprecor and German Inprekorr. The Spanish-language Inprecor para Latin America is produced by Brazilian socialists.
The magazine was established in 1983 to replace Intercontinental Press, which had ended its 22-year association with Inprecor and closed in 1985. In 1995, it absorbed International Marxist Review. The magazine has a network of correspondents in over 50 countries who report on popular struggles, and the debates that are shaping the left. Penny Duggan edits the magazine[1]. Its editorial board includes three leaders of Socialist Resistance: Terry Conway[2]; Phil Hearse[3]; and Greg Tucker[4].
In January 2005 International Viewpoint was relaunched as an online magazine. According to a September 2006 letter to subscribers, over 250,000 visits are made to the website each year[5].
