Business Loop 44 is a former routing of U.S. Route 66 through downtown Pacific, Missouri. This portion of road is designated a Business Loop after Interstate 44 was built to bypass the town. U.S. Route 50 was then rerouted onto Interstate 44, making this portion a Business Loop after US 66 was decommissioned in 1985. After the Business Loop's western terminus, the road continues solely as U.S. Route 66 until an intersection with Missouri Route 100.
