I'd suggest we move to Interprovincial Championship , railway cup is an old out of date name (Gnevin 14:12, 17 May 2006 (UTC))
Sounds good to me, Interprovincial Championship would be what id type in to find it if i was searching! I recommend Interprovincial Championship with a divert from Railway Cup just in case someone types it. Why is it called the Railway Cup, if someone knows, that could be mentioned in the article?
