Inverness City Football Club entered the Scottish(North Caledonian League) in the 2006/7 season. They play their home games at North Kessock. Their home strip is white and black, the away strip red and white. There inaugural season in has already reaped benefits with the clinching of there 1st Trophy when they beat the most established club in the league Golspie Sutherland in the Jock Mackay Memorial Cup, Inverness City have there own successful website WWW.INVERNESSCITYFC.CO.UK which is updated daily with news from the club, They have a range of merchandise which they ship around the world to expats and supporters alike. The clubs policy is of signing local talent in the city, As for years lack of clubs within the city has meant players having to travel many miles to represent clubs.
