Ion Raţiu (6 June 1917, Turda – 17 January 2000) was a Romanian politician and the presidential candidate of the National Peasants' Party (PNŢ) in the 1990 elections.

Between 1940 and 1990, he lived in the United Kingdom. He was the founder of the "International Union of the Free Romanians" (Romanian: Uniunea Mondială a Românilor Liberi) in 1984.
After he returned to Romania in January 1990, he helped to re-create of the PNŢ, serving as its vice-president. He was a failed presidential bid in the 1990 elections and was elected a deputy in the 1990, 1992 and 1996 elections. In 1991, he re-founded the newspaper Cotidianul.
