Isaac S. Pennybacker

Isaac Samuels Pennybacker (September 3, 1805– January 12, 1847) was an American lawyer, jurist and politician from Harrisonburg, Virginia. He represented Virginia in both the U.S. House (1837-39) and the U.S. Senate, and served as a U.S. Court Judge for the Western district of Virginia.
