This article is within the scope of the Chad WikiProject.

I'm about to make some major changes to this article. While I like to avoid rewriting large parts of articles without discussion, there doesn't seem to be much activity here and the extreme lack of "encyclopedic-ness" (I don't know how else to describe it) of the language here is just screaming to b fixed.
