Iva Prandzheva

Iva Prandzheva (Bulgarian: Ива Пранджева) (born February 15, 1972 in Plovdiv) is a former Bulgarian athlete who was successful in both long jump and triple jump. Her best performance came at the 1995 World Championships where she won a silver medal with 15.18m, a personal best. The winner, Inessa Kravets, set a new world record (15.50m) which still stands.
Prandzheva competed at the 1996 Summer Olympics, but there she failed a drug test and was banned. She retired after the 2000 season.
