Berikut ini adalah daftar bintang dengan planet ekstrasurya yang telah dikonfirmasi. Untuk daftar planet ekstrasurya yang masih menunggu konfirmasi, lihat daftar planet ekstrasurya yang belum dikonfirmasi.
Harap dicatat bahwa massa planet kebanyakan ditulis dalam batas bawah yang dapat diperkirakan. Jika planet dideteksi menggunakan metode kecepatan radial, tidak ada informasi yang dapat diperoleh mengenai inklinasi bidang orbit planet dalam mengelilingi bintang induknya, sementara harga ini diperlukan untuk memperoleh massa. Telah menjadi kebiasaan untuk mengasumsikan secara bebas bahwa bidang tersebut tepat segaris dengan garis pandang dari Bumi (hal ini menghasilkan massa terkecil yang mungkin dan konsisten dengan pengukuran pergeseran garis spektra).
Terdapat 211 planet dalam daftar — 205 mengorbit bintang yang masih melangsungkan fusi nuklir (48 sistem multi planet, 157 dalam sistem planet tunggal), 4 mengorbit pada pulsar, 1 mengorbit sebuah katai coklat, dan 2 planet mengambang bebas (tanpa bintang induk).

Diketahui terdapat 205 planet yang mengorbit bintang yang masih melangsungkan fusi nuklir.
Saat ini diketahui ada 157 planet dalam sistem planet tunggal dan 48 dalam 20 sistem multi planet (14 sistem dengan dua planet, 4 sistem dengan tiga planet, dan 2 sistem dengan empat planet). "Tunggal" di sini berarti hanya satu planet yang sudah terdeteksi. Karena metode deteksi tidak sensitif pada planet bermassa kecil, bintang-bintang tersebut mungkin memiliki planet-planet yang lebih kecil yang berada di bawah limit pendeteksian, atau berada jauh dari bintang induk sehingga belum terdeteksi dalam satu periode orbit.
Diurutkan berdasarkan asensio rekta dari bintang induk. Planet di dalam sistem diurutkan berdasarkan periode orbit.
