Grand Declaration of War (2000) adalah album kedua kelompok black metal Norwegia Mayhem. Album ini adalah album konsep, membahas tema-tema perang dan kiamat. Banyak penggemar lama Mayhem menolak album ini karena musiknya dianggap terlalu avant-garde, tapi banyak penggemar lain yang menyukai arah baru ini. Sebenarnya hal ini hanya ditemukan di satu lagu, "A Bloodsword and a Colder Sun (Part II of II)", dan sedikit di lagu "Completion in Science of Agony (Part I of II)". Jenis musik album ini lebih mirip dengan band-band Arcturus dan Ulver daripada album-album Mayhem lainnya.
Grand Declaration of War dapat dianggap sebagai kelanjutan EP Wolf's Lair Abyss, karena lagu pertamanya, "A Grand Declaration of War", dan bagian kedua dari "View from Nihil" mengandung bagian akhir dari lagu "Symbols of Bloodswords".
