John Wayne (26 Mei 1907–11 Juni 1979), dikenal dalam perannya sebagai "The Duke," ^[1] adalah aktor film Amerika Serikat pemenang Academy Award, Ia memulai karirnya pada era 1920-an dalam film-film bisu. Ia mulai membintangi film-film besar dari tahun 1940-an sampai 1970-an.
