La canzone presenta un violento e potente sound groove metal, in cui si può notare la maestria di Rex Brown al basso, il talento e la potenza vocale di Anselmo, che presenta in essa una voce mai così cupa e rauca, la velocità della batteria di Vinnie Paul e lo straordinario talento di Dimebag Darrell, capace di produrre incredibili riffs e un assolo molto tecnico.
